What we collect
When a contractor submits a listing, we collect the business and contact information provided in the form, including name, phone, WhatsApp, email, location, services, and profile description. Claim and priority-access forms may collect additional contact information that you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review listings, operate the directory, contact submitters about their listing or claim, prevent abuse, and understand interest in future directory features. We do not sell submitted personal information.
What becomes public
Approved contractor listings are intended to be public. Information shown on an approved profile may include business name, contact name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, location, services, category, and profile description. Do not submit information that you do not want published as part of a contractor listing.
Service providers
The directory uses infrastructure providers to host the website and database. Those providers process data as necessary to operate the service. Administrative credentials and database access are kept server-side.
Retention and corrections
We retain listing and inquiry information while it is needed to operate the directory, review submissions, resolve claims, or maintain business records. Contractors may request corrections to inaccurate listing information or ask that a listing be removed. Requests are handled through the directory operator's normal listing-review contact channel.
Early access
This service is in early access. This notice may be updated as features, analytics, communications, or payment services are introduced. Material changes should be reflected on this page before those features are made public.
